If you’re looking to upgrade the exhaust side of your Cummins N14 Celect Plus, the PDI Big Boss Chrome Exhaust Manifold delivers improved airflow, cooler exhaust temperatures, and long-term durability.

Designed to maximize exhaust airflow and reduce turbo lag, this manifold helps your turbocharger respond quicker while improving overall engine efficiency. Many factory and aftermarket manifolds use designs that restrict airflow with sharp angles, which can increase swirl rates and friction inside the manifold. This leads to higher exhaust gas temperatures and slower turbo response.

The PDI Big Boss manifold is engineered differently. Each port is carefully designed and tested to create balanced airflow to the turbocharger, allowing exhaust gases to flow more efficiently. The runners are designed to deliver an average 20% increase in airflow over stock manifolds, while the smoother angles reduce swirl rates and help lower exhaust gas temperatures by 75–100°F.

Improved airflow and better exhaust pressure-to-boost pressure ratios can also help support improved fuel efficiency and stronger overall engine performance.

PDI builds these manifolds using High Silicon with Molybdenum Ductile Iron (HSMD), a premium material designed to handle extreme heat cycles. This construction helps eliminate common failures such as warping, cracking, and center divider erosion caused by repeated heating and cooling.
