Advanced FASS Technologies

FASS Silencing Technology (FST)
Designed to reduce noise produced by aftermarket lift pumps using radius cuts, tighter tolerances on internal gears, and a military-spec coating on the aluminum base. This results in one of the quietest fuel air separation systems available.

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
Advanced machining used to improve fuel flow through the pump housing while preventing air and vapor from re-entering the fuel stream. This ensures smooth fuel delivery and eliminates restriction points.

Mass Flow Return (MFR)
Continuously circulates unused fuel back to the tank after filtration, keeping fuel constantly cleaned, polished, and free of contaminants so the engine always receives the freshest fuel possible.

Important Notes

• Class 8 trucks with stock CAT C16 or Cummins ISX Signature 600 engines require the 250 GPH TS 250G model.

• Unit Injected Mechanical (UIM) systems require an additional oil pressure switch (Part #78143).
  This switch is included in all Titanium UIM kits for proper operation.
